Training
Amy offers training services for organisations, such as corporate companies, schools, and non-governmental organisations. The training can be tailor made to suit the organisations’ needs.
She offers Disability Equality Training and training sessions in the areas of psychology, diversity and inclusion.
Public Speaking
Amy is an energising public speaker for conferences and events. During her speeches she manages to interlace her personal story of resilience with the need for creativity as a way of moving forward in life. She has spoken at numerous events including, the PwC Annual Christmas Conference 2018, SiGMA 2018, and SHE June Event 2019.
She is also invited to speak at events organised to motivate employees of corporate organisations, at events organised by non-governmental organisations, and at schools. She has also been invited to chair or host events and workshops.
Consultative Work
Amy helps organisations by offering her academic expertise to bring them in line with legislation and policy, with advising them on the complexities and opportunities of diversity, and by collaborating with them on new ways of how to better engage their employees.
Amy also offers services related to research, such as desk research or market research, including the hosting of focus groups and interviews. She has worked on numerous projects with leading research and advisory companies in Malta.
